For a large portion of us, being fit is more a trial of will than a one time choice. Being “fit” covers an adjustment in our way of life significantly more than simply setting out upon another activity or diet program. For me, the decision came around 15 years prior. I was around 24 years of age when companions of mine persuaded me to begin setting off to the exercise center as a gathering.
